Hello!
So I’m on time with this post but late on all the others lol. I didn’t have internet for a while, but I also took some time off. mycyberspace is just for funsies, so when work gets crazy, this takes zero priority. Not to mention, the last post was an absolute banger, and I like to let the bangers breathe like a good wine.

I have a huge thing I want to end this on — it’s a banger really — so it’s own post it gets! I might even sit out next week because it’s that much of a banger. (me from the future and no lies were spoken, this was a banger)
But speaking of business & good wine:
019 Wine is officially live, and I couldn’t be happier! It was a beast to build, and it’s in beta mode, but it will evolve quickly. I’ll introduce it formally in the next week or so, but until then, there are new posts every single day at 7:07 a.m. CT and an AI Chatbot Sommelier (just click on the 💬 button in the corner)!
It’s basically the wine website that I wished existed when I was a level 1 baby somm living by myself in Dallas and studying for certified (shout out guildsomm circa 2010-2012 — core baby somm memory!!!). I’m also having the most fun developing the “Sommelier Lifestyle” part of it. :-)
On another note, I could have never built the site I built on the other platform I was on. The backend is way more complex than it might look from the front, even in beta mode. It will only get more complex, which is 100% why I could never build what I wanted on the other. This is WordPress 100%, and I will never leave it. When people say they love WordPress (.org) because of how powerful and customizable it is and that the other platform is majorly limited, I finally get what they mean now. Not to mention, everything is effortlessly indexing, and relief sure washes over me in an awesome wave. If you don’t know what I am talking about (or what I’m even all about lol), here’s this post.
Welcome to mycyberspace !important;
Hello, and welcome to the inaugural post of mycyberspace! If you're as passionate about wine, vintage fashion, the internet, and the art of the lazy luxury lifestyle as I am, you're in the right place.
If you want to start a website or brand, WordPress is the way 100% full stop.
Also, just wait until it blends with Texaspacific (launching v v v soon!). That’s where the magic will really happen and really everything I have been working so hard on for the past three years. Once those roll seamlessly together this summer, I can finally focus on Plaza.
OK! Back to the music —
I curate playlists on my personal Spotify each month. It’s a fun little hobby that benefits my personal life and content creation online. Plus, it’s a great way to fuel future nostalgia.
Did you know?// You can combine two or more playlists into a single folder on Spotify, right-click, and hit play. I often do this to capture the perfect vibe!
Fun fact:// Usually, what’s immediately after the 7 are songs that were close to making it - many end up not because they were actually on a top 7 prior!
Fun Fact II:// The first &/or last song in my playlists are usu my absolute favorite of the month. I love starting or ending on a high note and always enjoy adding a playful twist with the sixth track. :-)
May is always a fun month music-wise. I find I really get that Summer vibe and warmth. There’s always a lot to celebrate in May, so it reflects a lot in the music. And if we are being honest, this is my current favorite playlist of the year! I know I said it for 042024, but I am heavy on this one right now. Hope you love it too! xx sSs
